Sharp LCD TV & Sharp LED Televisions

The first Japanese televisions and calculators were made by Sharp and since then their product range has grown to include state of the art LCD TV’s. There is a constant battle for the top LCD and Plasma Television manufacturers to be at the top selling spot and dominant Sharp has held the title many times, but has been knocked from the top by competitors such as Sony, Samsung and LG recently. Sharp and Toshiba have also recently joined forces to work together on the development of their LCD TV product lines. Sharp are concentrating on the all important environmentally friendly factor of its LCD Televisions at present and aim to drive down power consumption, as well as to improve on the thickness and weight and to increase their resolution, quality and life span.
